FareShare FoodCloud is the UK’s national network of charitable food redistributors, made up of 17 independent organisations. The network takes good quality surplus food from right across the food industry and get it to almost 11,000 frontline charities and community groups. FareShare FoodCloud reaches charities across the UK, including school breakfast clubs, older people’s lunch clubs, homeless shelters, and community cafes. Every week they provide enough food to create almost a million meals for vulnerable people. So far, FareShare FoodCloud has donated 3,000,000 meals. Over 3500 charities and community groups have already signed up to take part and benefit from free food. FareShare FoodCloud and FoodCloud work with vulnerable and disadvantaged people who could use weekly donations of free, good quality food.
FareShare has 25 years’ experience working with the food industry to get good quality surplus onto the plates of vulnerable people.
