YMCA Wales is a leading charity providing services to children, young people and their communities throughout Wales. They work with the most vulnerable and disadvantaged providing youth services, housing and support services, community development programmes and training. YMCA Wales is a national charity which supports Local YMCA Associations and works in partnership with others to provide comprehensive services responding to local needs.

They need people who can help direct YMCA Wales towards achieving its mission and ensure the organisation is effectively managed. The applicant would need to be able to make a commitment to YMCA and devote the necessary time; have strategic vision; independent judgement; an ability to think creatively and a willingness to speak their mind.

For an informal discussion about the role of trustee, contact the Chief Executive on 01792 480141.
