Equality Act 2010
Wednesday, October 6th, 2010The Equality Act became law in October 2010. Obligations for employers remain largely the same. However, there are some changes. The purpose of the changes is to ensure consistency in what employers need to do to make their workplace a fair environment as well as to comply with the law.
