Self-Care
Self Care is a part of daily living. It is the action individuals and carers take for themselves and their children, families, friends and others. It includes actions taken to stay healthy, as well as care for minor, acute and long-term conditions.
In this day and age of fast living, it can be hard to take care of ourselves. But it’s important to find even a few moments here and there where you can do something good for yourself.
